About

Growing up in Montreal, Laurent was initiated into the medium of photography at a young age by his mother, who often worked with shadows, textures, and the interplay of contrasts.

As her helper, Laurent developed a taste early on for the alluring world of photography.

As the years passed, this growing sense of dialogue allowed an artistic insight to flourish into a powerful vector for conveying wordless, hypnotic visions. This realization led him to pursue photography as a career.

Fascinated by the interplay of light and darkness, the shades of dusk are central elements in his creative universe. Laurent’s work embodies an intriguing atmosphere with pristine luster, offering a glimmer into his internal world.
